PROTECT Act Caselaw
Because there have been a host of interesting and important cases interpreting and commenting upon the provisions of the PROTECT Act, it would be helpful if the US Sentencing Commission would track and publish these caselaw developments. For now we just need to be content with the USSC's October 2003 departure report.
Also, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers have done a nice job collecting Feeney Amendment-related materials here.

Not a lawyer. I am a volunteer with an organization that tries to help offenders with their cases. Do you know how an inmate files for a reduction in sentence? He's in Oklahoma.
Thanks.
