Lots of death discussions

The always informative Ohio Death Penalty Information highlights three interesting recent death penalty developments:

  • Here is news of a statement by AMA President William G. Plested, entitled "AMA: Physician Participation in Lethal Injection Violates Medical Ethics."
  • Here are links to the ABA Death Penalty Moratorium Implementation Project just released Arizona Death Penalty Assessment Report.
  • Here are links to a new study by the Rand Corporation finding no racial bias by prosecutors seeking death in federal criminal cases.
