Still more mitigating factors
Attorney Michael Levine has long assembled mitigating factors developed in the federal guideline system in a terrific mega-resource that, pre-Booker, had been entitled "88 Easy Departures." As detailed in posts here and here and here, the post-Booker updated version of this resource continues to grow, and it is now called "138 Easy Mitigating Factors." Michael has sent me for posting the latest table of contents (available below), with the explanation that he is "now charging $100 for the latest montly update; and $350 for an annual subscription."
