Lots of notable death penalty headlines
As is often the case, death penalty issues are making headlines coast to coast. Here are a few of the headlines that caught my eye this morning:

- From the Baltimore Sun here, "Maryland death penalty is debated: O'Malley calls for repeal in two legislative panels"
- From the AP in California here, "A year after Morales' execution stayed, state is still hammering out new plan for lethal injection."
- From the AP in Indiana here, "Indiana asked to halt executions: A report called the state's death penalty 'seemingly random.''
