Oh, now I'm against the death penalty because so many innocents have been executed.
Oh, wait, I mean no innocents have been executed, but I'm still opposed regardless of the evidence.

But I'm not opposed to lifers, paroled, in prison or escaped, committing murder. I just get upset about the state executing society's worst murderers who've gotten ten or more years of hyperheightened due process.
