Doug loaned me the keys to this car, and I promised not to wreck it while he is away. Hmm, wonder how well it corners?

The amazing success of this blog has a few components. One of them -- Doug's joyful engagement with the subject -- I certainly won't try to replace. But another ingredient of blog success can remain in place even while Doug is on the road and checking in less frequently. That ingredient is input from readers of the site. I am depending on you!
