Here we go again
As previously reported here, the Supreme Court has announced that one or more opinions from argued cases will be issued today and tomorrow. Thus, I am preparing yet again for a decision in Booker and Fanfan. (I figure if I keep predicting the decision is coming, eventually I have to be right.)

Spouse of an inmate
I am wondering if the new albeit compromising changes in the Rockefeller Drug Laws might spiral over into a change of thinking for Federal Sentencing since Federal inmates get nothing, no conjugal, excessive sentences and everything else that is horrible
