Around the blogosphere
Back in Ohio after a Florida sojourn, I have time to catch up on a lot of interesting sentencing reading around the blogosphere:
- Orin Kerr has two interesting posts here and here on two interesting and distinct state sentencing cases involving college kids gone bad.
- Both the Second Circuit Sentencing Blog and the Second Circuit Blog have numerous ntable posts on numerous notable interesting caselaw developments in ... surprise, the Second Circuit.
- CrimProf Blog has this interesting item about a Canadian ruling concerning juvenile sentencing.
- Both Capital Defense Weekly and DPIC have a collection of intriguing news and notes on death penalty developments.
