Cool stuff for USSC sycophants (like me)

I am pleased to see on the US Sentencing Commission's website that the USSC is again producing its periodic newsletter, cleverly called "GuideLines."  As shown here, the Commission has not produced one of these newsletters for two years.  But now this Fall 2006 issue of GuideLines provides lots of details and background on this year's USSC's activities.  Huzzah!
