Lethal injection news and notes
In Florida, as detailed here, the Governor's Commission on the Administration of Lethal Injection, which was established after last month's botched execution, is starting to be assembled. Meanwhile, in Oklahoma, after this Tenth Circuit ruling rejecting a prisoner's attack on Oklahoma's lethal injection protocol, the first lethal injection execution for 2007 is still on pace for January 9.
