Notable (but limited) SCOTUS action

SCOTUSblog has all the news on today's Supreme Court action, which includes a notable (but perhaps troublesome) order requesting supplemental briefing in Panetti v. Quarterman.  The big news is two big decisions in environmental cases

Still no word on the ACCA case James that was argued five months ago.  Apparently it was easier for the Justices to figure out global warming than to figure out criminal history doctrines.

somehow I doubt that the Supreme Court has "figured out" global warming. At least when they micromanage the death penalty, the consequences, other than taking a little piece of our right of self-governance from us, were minor--with this decision today, I long for the day when the Supreme Court tried to answer the question: what is golf?

All the court is asking is for EPA to try and "figure out" global warming. The ENVIRONMENTAL Protection Agency can't stick its head in the sand and refuse to even look at the biggest central threat to the ENVIRONMENT around.

Yup, and reducing CO2 emissions per mile from our cars is going to solve global warming.

How is any Air Quality region supposed to achieve attainment?

Your idea is outstanding the issue is one thing that not enough persons are speaking intelligently about. I am very completely satisfied that.
