Being raised in a neighborhood where I have seen a cycle of drug dealing, I feel the law should be passed because just sending them to jail is nt the only solution to a bigger and ongoing problem. I feel locking them up is only a cover up to the real problem. They are offered no assistance to see what the root of the problem is and resolve it. A lot of them do it because it's all they know, have seen and been taught. On the other hand, I feel drugs is drugs, Powder cocaine or crack cocaine they're both drugs, just used differently and have slightly different affects.
