No lawyer traitor to the nation will utter the V word.
Here is another none can utter. Torts, when applied to lawyer carelessness and the resulting devastating damage. The T word. That is the royal road to shrinking an entire enterprise, including our current tyrannical government, a front organization for the plunder of the nation by the lawyer run Inquisition 2.0. End all self-dealt immunities by this criminal enterprise, the lawyer profession, and you will effectively deter and shrink the tyrannical government now ruining this country.
Torts will be good for the lawyer profession since they are substitute for violence. Right now, with no legal recourse, violence has full justification in formal logic, in ethics, and may even be a duty of every patriot who wants to save our nation from the Criminal Cult Enterprise that has fully infiltrated the three branches of our government and now makes 99% of the policy decisions.
There are dozens of duties of the prosecutor to the defendant, enumerated in statutes, making its negligence, mostly per se. Impeach the current Supreme Court for its substantive decisions, then pass legislation allowing full exposure of prosecutors and judges to full tort liability.
I do not want concentration camps, and mass executions of these internal traitors, just of their hierarchy. I do want to draft the Constitutional amendment that will end their control of the government and will exclude them from all policy positions. The first allegiance of the traitor is to the cult, above family, nations, and even self.
