Employers are deterred lawyer dumbass regulation prohibiting criminal records, and by negligent hiring litigation by the tort laweyr dumbass.

The correct answer is 1) to regulate hiring by indicted behavior, not adjudicated behavior, fictitious in 95% of cases, thanks to the lawyer dumbass. This where decisions cannot be made on the basis of fiction.

By statute, prohibit tort liability for hiring a convicted felon if no prior indicted crime was relevant to he job. So fraud is relevant to the hiring of a cashier, and child sexual abuse is relevant to a position in a daycare, but not the opposite. So a fraud may work in a daycare, and a sex offender may work as a cashier.

Here is the problem with this solution besides the details on the ground. Most criminals do not specialize, so sex offenders commit 200 non sexual crimes a year. They have bad morality across all subjects. The answer to that problem is, Strike One, You Are Out.

Or we can just wait out the next few years. maybe a decade. at that point there will be more of them than there is of us. At that point they can kill all the two-faced assholes who now make all these illegal rules and then THEY will be the ones making the rules. Maybe one like "All daycares will now be run by a lvl 3 former sex offender" and we will be unable to stop it.
