Nassau Hall would be at Princeton, I presume. At least it is not in that treason indoctrination camp, Harvard Law.
I have called for a reduction in the excess of lawyers, which is to the detriment of both the public and of the lawyer profession. We get less rent driven, unbearable oppression. The lawyer gets a higher income and far more respect. The public hates you lawyers. They want you dead. Also, the robots are coming, and even judging will be replaced by an algorithm.
The downsizing should start by the forced defunding and closing of the Top Tier of the US News and World Report Survey of Law schools.

Assume the Asian population of the US is around 5%. It is jumping 40% from census to census.
What is the Asian population of the Princeton student body? The day I was at Princeton, around a half hour, I literally saw no white young people. Admittedly a small sampling.
However, Princeton seems to agree with me. They are rejecting top Asian students to diversify their student with inferior whites, never mind affirmative action babies such as Justice Sotomayor. This waking nightmare was a good student, but not the top student in the same class. That far better student was rejected by Princeton.
This is from left wing propaganda outlet, the Washington Post, so should be credible around here. This Asian student with perfect SAT's and at the top 1% of his good high school, was rejected, and sued.

Schools that have biases in their admissions should lose all federal funding, including that for research grants.

I once watched the Spelling Bee finals on ABC. No Americans. Finally a smiling black kid came on. I said, finally, an American kid. No. First generation Kenyan.
They could not eliminate a large number with the dictionary, so they began to use professional words from medicine, many fields of engineering, aviation, accounting. I misspelled most, including the ones from my own field. They did not, they kept going. These kids, younger than 14, are memorizing professional dictionaries.
By destroying all methods of discipline, entitling bratty parents and kids, the lawyer has destroyed our educational system. The lawyer put it into the backwater of Third World schools, with apologies to the Kenyan schools which appear to be excellent. This kid spoke the King's English, was mannerly and quite charming.

Personal attack is all the Left has, and represents utter defeat in a debate. An example is to call a dissenter, insane, instead of actually doing a little work to rebut the dissent.
Such a personal attack in a tribunal would get a rejoinder from the judge. The clueless jury would take it as a signal from the judge as to which way to lean. In my experience, inducing a personal attack is a tactic that can win a case. This is not a tribunal, I understand, but I sympathize with the frustration of the lawyer.
The facts abandoned the Left 100 years ago. It killed 100 million people, and still failed to persuade.
Calling someone a rent seeker is different. It is not a personal attack in a debate. It is an accusation of a crime, armed robbery. Rent seeking should be criminalized, and its practitioners should go to jail.

I have also repeatedly pointed out the irony. The lawyer questions the grasp on reality of any dissenter. Meanwhile, it indoctrinates intelligent, modern students into believing in mind reading, future forecasting, and that standards of conduct should be set by a fictitious character. Why fictitious? So the standards may be objective, of course.
Cuckoo, cuckoo, cuckoo, ding.
Yet, as a result $trillions have changed hands, at the point of a gun. People are put to death or sent home solely based on their mental activity at the time of a crime. In many cases, even the defendant has no recall of the act, let alone what he was thinking.
