Focus on fathers behind bars on Father's Day
Last month, to mark Mother's Day, I collected in this post a lot of commentary about mothers in prison. I have noticed far less comparable commentary to mark Father's Day (perhaps because everyone is busy debating what Phil Mickelson did yesterday). But I have seen these two new pieces authored by Pat Nolan:
-
From Fox News here, "Father's Day in prison separates families — Let's remember them"
-
From Townhall here, "Fathers Day Is Important — Even for Fathers in Prison"

It can go both ways.
Life can get better with a father back home, if he is relatively normal.
If father has antisocial personality disorder and/or active addiction, it can plunge the family into a horror movie.
I do not appreciate the lack of balance or even of just quality, ethical journalism in this pro-criminal, lawyer propaganda bullshit.

@David
And what about female dad's? Seems to me they are yet another minority that you and the rest of the justice system refuses to take seriously.

@Daniel
Female Dads are an unmitigated catastrophe for children. Bastards like Obama had male proxies, like a middle class grandfather, and did well.
