Back by popular demand, another VERY long list of federal sentence reductions using § 3582(c)(1)(A)
It has now been a full two wees since I set out this holiday weekend listing of new grants of federal sentence reductions using § 3582(c)(1)(A). The delay in producing a new list is not because of a lack of grants. In fact, the updated numbers on this BOP page on the FIRST STEP Act suggests that roughly 70 sentence reductions are being granted by federal district courts each week: BOP reported 706 grants of "Compassionate Releases / Reduction in Sentences" three weeks ago, then reported 774 total grants as of two weeks ago, and it now reports 916 total grants.
Only a portion of these sentence reduction grants end up on Westlaw, but I have heard from a number of readers that my listings are still appreciated. So, without further ado, I am pleased to highlight dozens and dozens of additional recent grants here. Because it has been two weeks since my last list, this one will be quite lengthy:

I AM "BERNIECE WILLIAMS" MOTHER OF THREE SON'S DESTROYED BY THE #3582 GUN STACKED INJUSTICE SENTENCE AND THEY HAVE FILED MOTIONS ACCORDING TO THE #3582 GUN STACKING INJUSTICE. MY TWO SON'S THAT HAVE SERVED OVER TWENTY YEARS BECAUSE OF IT AND'RUFUS E. BROWN#63882-061 WAS SENTENCED TO 119.6 YEARS HE IS NOW IN F.C.I. WILLIAMSBURG, SALTERS SC. JAMES R. BROWN 45745-019 U.S.P. ATLANTA, ATLANTA, GA. SENTENCED TO 54.6 YEARS. THERE WERE NO GUNS FOUND, NO DEATHS. HOWEVER,THE SENTENCING JUDGE TOLD ME I WOULD PAY BECAUSE I STOOD IN COURT AND GOT A CASE DISMISSED BECAUSE THREE OTHERS AND MYSELF SAW AND HEARD THAT JUDGE, THE DEFENSE AND PROSECUTION SAYING THAT THEY KNEW THE MAN DID NOT COMMIT THE CRIME HE WAS ACCUSED OF BUT THAT THEY HAD TO GET HIM SO THEY COULD CLOSE THE CASE. WELL, I STOOD UP AND TOLD THE JURY THAT THREE OTHERS AND MYSELF HAD HEARD AND SAW THEM SAYING AND THE JURY DISMISSED THE CASE. WELL NOT ONLY WAS THOSE TOW ARRESTED, TRIED AND SENTENCED ILLEGALLY BUT THEY SENT MY OLDEST SON A LETTER TO GEORGIA TELLING HIM TO VISIT THEM. BUT WHEN HE GOT THERE THEY ARRESTED HIM, AND FORCED HIM INTO A LAKE TO DROWN BUT HE COULD SWIM AND DID NOT DROWN. WELL THEY TOOK HIM FIVE MILE OUT OF TOWN BEAT HIM ALMOST TO DEATH, TOOK HIM TO THE HOSPITAL TO BE FIXED FOE TAKING OUT TO THEIR CORONER,TORTURED HIM FOR 17 DAYS AND AFTER HE DIED HELD HIS BODY ANOTHER 29 MORE DAYS WHILE I WAS SEARCHING EVERY WHERE FOR HIM HE DECOMPOSED AND I HAD TO CREMATE HID BODY. I HAVE SENT LETTERS TO EVERY "PRESIDENT THAT HAS BEEN IN OFFICE SINCE 1995 AND ALSO TO THE "FEDERAL BUREAU OF PRISONS" HEADQUARTERS AND OTHER OFFICES.I REALIZE THAT THIS SOUNDS WEIRD BUT I HAVE PROOF, EVIDENCE AND WITNESSES AND YOU CAN HAVE THE EVIDENCE.PLEASE KNOW THAT WHAT I HAVE JUST STATED IN THIS EMAIL IS FACTS EVEN THOUGH IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE..
