Rounding up some sentencing news and notes for the week that was
Because I was on the road for much of this week, I was unable to blog about all the crime and sentencing stories and commentaries that caught my eye. (Then again, much of the world was understandably much more concerned with a particular high-profile search than about any sentencing news this week.)
